What Our Clients Are Saying
“Today, I’m completely pain-free and regaining the confidence to do all the forms of fitness I had once avoided. What sets Patrick apart is his genuine care for his patients combined with a clear, step-by-step plan designed to get you better as quickly as possible. Patrick and his team at The Movement Lab are professional, compassionate, and exceptional at what they do.”
— Zane J.“Refreshing to see Doctors that are not only passionate about their field but also experts of their craft. I was half way done with my Appalachian Trail Thru Hike when I injured my knee and ended up flying home thinking my hike was over. Dr. Patrick had me back to normal and I was able to continue my hike after 2 sessions. If you are hurting just go see him.”
— Dawson L.“I’m a professional basketball player and have worked with Patrick for around a month. My pain has gone down tremendously. His hands on approach eases you and allows you to feel better after each session. Not only does he help but he teaches you how your body moves and ways you can improve it. Can’t say enough good things about them and would highly recommend.”
— Chris D.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
The Movement Lab provides quality one-on-one sessions, with Doctors who understand your specific biomechanical, anatomical, and energetic needs behind your goals. Unlike many chiropractors or physical therapists who rely on assistive personnel, you’ll get undivided attention and expertise for the whole duration of your visit.
The truth is, most therapists do about 10% of what we do at The Movement Lab. In addition to what a ‘typical’ chiropractor may do, we offer other services such as soft tissue treatment, functional rehabilitation exercises, functional/performance assessments, and performance training.
Most importantly, any treatment plan is tailored to your specific needs. We create a plan for your specific goals and pivot if we aren’t getting the results we expect. This is all apart of how we get you the outcomes you came to get and giving you the confidence to continue to broaden your horizons when you accomplish them!

No, there’s no commitment required.
The Wellness Consultation is simply a starting point to understand what’s going on with your body and what it needs. From there, we’ll walk you through your options and, if we’re the right fit, show you what the next steps could look like.
You’ll have all the information you need to make the best decision for you!

That’s actually very common, and often why people come to us.
At The Movement Lab, we take a different approach. Instead of just treating symptoms, we assess how your body is moving, identify the root cause of the issue, and build a plan focused on long-term results.
Many of our clients have tried other treatments before but didn’t get lasting relief because the underlying problem was never fully addressed. Our goal is to help you understand what’s really going on and give you a clear path forward so you can move and feel better long-term.
-
After your consultation at The Movement Lab, we’ll review exactly what we found about how your body is moving and where you might be held back. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan, whether that’s chiropractic care, targeted training, recovery tools, or a combination, to help you move better, feel better, and keep doing the activities you love. You’ll leave knowing exactly what your next steps are and why they matter for your long-term health.
-
We recommend loose-fitting, athletic clothing that allows you to move easily. Depending on the treatment, your Doctor may need to perform skin-to-skin contact around the injured area or areas that seem unrelated due to addressing the source of the symptoms.
-
No, adjustments are just one tool we use. Even though a good amount of patients do get adjustments, we have many other ways to get outcomes than adjustments. At the end of the day it comes down to what you need and what you are comfortable with.
-
Every client’s recovery is different, but most people work with us for about 8 sessions, progressing through our three-step framework: Renew (Feel Better), Rebuild (Move Better), and Refine (Perform Better). You’ll see improvements immediately, but completing the full plan ensures long-term, lasting results.
-
Not if we have anything to say about it! In all seriousness, in most cases, no. We aim to keep you active and may adjust your routine to prevent further pain or injury while still allowing you to stay active, train, or compete.
